How does payment work?
Payment is made after the job is complete and you’re satisfied. We accept: E-transfer, Debit/credit, Cash. Invoices are provided for all services, including commercial and insurance work.
Do you recycle or donate items?
Whenever possible. We prioritize donation, reuse, and recycling, reducing landfill waste and supporting local community organizations.
Do you handle office and warehouse clean-outs?
Absolutely. We remove office furniture, equipment, pallets, shelving, construction debris, packaging waste, and more — always with fast turnaround and professional communication.
Do you offer scheduled or recurring pickups for businesses?
Yes — weekly, bi-weekly, or on-demand clean-out services can be arranged for retail stores, warehouses, rental units, and job sites.
Do you work with property managers, landlords, and real estate agents?
Yes — Haul Force specializes in rental unit clean-outs, tenant turnover junk removal, hoarder clean-outs, and preparing homes for sale or new tenants.
How do your pricing and quotes work?
Call, text or book online for a free consultation viewing where we come and view what needs to be removed. We will give you an estimated price and time frame. From there, you can schedule a time for the junk to be hauled away.
Do you offer emergency or same-day hotshot service?
Yes. We specialize in time-sensitive deliveries for trades, construction sites, farms, small businesses, and more.
Do I need to be home during the service?
Not always. For simple exterior pickups or pre-approved quotes, we may be able to complete the job without you present.
Do you handle sensitive estate clean-outs?
Yes — we approach estate clean-outs with respect, compassion, and discretion, providing sorting, removal, and responsible disposal during a difficult time.
Do I need to move items to the curb?
No. At Haul Force, we handle all the heavy lifting. We remove items from basements, garages, attics, yards, or wherever they are in your home.
Part of the pricing does depend on how spread out the junk is and how far it needs to be moved to the truck.

Can you help with commercial insurance cleanup claims?
Yes — we provide Insurance Cleanup Services, including cleanup after tenant damage, floods, fire, debris, vandalism, and other claim-related situations. We work closely with property managers, adjusters, and business owners.
Can you dismantle or remove large outdoor structures?
Yes — we offer light demolition for sheds, playsets, small decks, fences, and more. We dismantle, haul away, and leave the space clean and ready to use.
What types of junk do you remove?
We handle most residential, commercial, and industrial items, including furniture, appliances, construction debris, yard waste, office clean-outs, shed demolition debris, and estate clean-out contents. If you’re unsure, just ask — chances are, we take it.
Are there items you don’t take?
Yes — for safety and legal reasons, we cannot remove: Fuel, gasoline, or other flammable liquids, Automotive fluids (oil, antifreeze, brake fluid), Pressurized tanks or cylinders, Hazardous chemicals (pesticides, solvents, industrial cleaners), Biohazard waste, Items that are too dangerous to access (unstable structures, unsafe environments). If you have something unusual, just message us — we’ll advise or guide you to the right disposal resource.
What is hotshot delivery?
Hotshot delivery is fast, same-day or next-day transport of urgent loads — including equipment, parts, materials, and freight.
Is hotshot service available outside the Kamloops area?
Yes — hotshot delivery is available across all of British Columbia, including remote regions.
